Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of Content Studio ("the Service"), a personal content operations dashboard operated by an individual short-form video creator (the "Operator"). By using the Service, the Operator agrees to these Terms.
1. The Service
Content Studio is a private, single-operator tool for managing scripts, rendering videos, publishing content to the Operator's own social channels, and viewing cross-platform performance analytics. It is not offered to the public and does not create accounts for third parties.
2. Connected platforms
The Operator may connect their own accounts on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok through each platform's standard OAuth flow. The Service acts only on the Operator's own accounts and only at the Operator's direction — reading the Operator's own metrics and publishing the Operator's own content.
3. Acceptable use
- The Service must be used only with accounts the Operator owns or is authorized to manage.
- The Operator must comply with the terms and policies of each connected platform, including the TikTok Developer Terms, YouTube/Google API Services Terms, and Meta Platform Terms.
- The Service must not be used to access, collect, or process data belonging to any person other than the Operator.
4. Content ownership
All scripts, videos, and other content created or uploaded through the Service remain the property of the Operator. The Service claims no ownership over the Operator's content.
5. Third-party platforms
The Service relies on third-party APIs (Google/YouTube, Meta/Instagram, TikTok). The Service does not control those platforms and is not responsible for their availability, changes, or actions. Use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own terms.
6. Disclaimer of warranty
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Performance metrics shown are sourced from third-party APIs and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator uses the Service at their own risk. The Service is not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or content, or for any action taken by a connected platform.
8. Changes to the Service and Terms
The Service and these Terms may change over time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
