Content Studio · Last updated: July 7, 2026

Content Studio ("the Service", "we") is a personal content operations dashboard operated by an individual short-form video creator. It helps the operator manage scripts, render videos, publish to their own social channels, and view performance analytics in one place. This policy explains what data the Service accesses, how it is used, and how it is protected.

1. Who this Service is for

The Service is used by a single authenticated operator (the account owner). It is not a public product and does not collect data from visitors or third parties. All connected platform data belongs to the operator's own accounts.

2. Data we access

When the operator connects a platform account (YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok) via that platform's standard OAuth flow, the Service accesses only the operator's own data:

The Service does not access other users' data, private messages, contacts, follower lists, or any account other than the operator's connected accounts.

TikTok data specifically

For TikTok, the Service uses the scopes user.info.basic, video.list, and video.upload via the TikTok Login Kit and Content Posting / Display APIs. It reads public performance metrics of the operator's own videos through /v2/video/query and may upload the operator's own videos to their TikTok inbox. No other TikTok data is accessed.

3. How data is used

Data is used solely for the operator's personal analytics and content operations. It is never sold, rented, shared, or transferred to any third party, and is not used for advertising or profiling.

4. Storage and security

Access tokens and collected metrics are stored only in the operator's own private database, accessible to the operator alone. Access to the Service is protected by authentication. Tokens are used only to call the respective platform APIs on the operator's behalf.

5. Data sharing

We do not share personal data with third parties. The Service communicates only with the official APIs of the platforms the operator has connected (Google/YouTube, Meta/Instagram, TikTok) to read the operator's own data or publish the operator's own content.

6. Data retention and deletion

Metrics and tokens are retained only as long as needed for the operator's analytics. The operator can delete stored content, metrics, and disconnect any platform account at any time from within the Service, which removes the associated tokens from storage.

7. Revoking access

The operator may revoke the Service's access to any connected platform at any time through that platform's own settings:

Revoking access immediately stops the Service from reading data from that platform.

8. Children's privacy

The Service is a personal tool for its adult operator and is not directed to children.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
